How do I place an order?
It’s pretty straightforward! Just browse around until you find a hat (or hats) you love, toss them in your cart, and head to checkout. Fill in where you want it shipped, add your payment info, and you’re done. We’ll take it from there.
Can I change my order after I place it?
We move pretty fast once you hit “order,” so we can’t promise we can make changes. But hey, it’s worth a shot—email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
How can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once we ship your hat, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey either on our website or directly on the shipping company’s site. It’s kind of fun watching it make its way to you.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Everywhere! Well, almost everywhere. We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, we’ll do our best to get a hat to you.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple:
- Within the USA: $4.99
- International: $12.99
How long does shipping take?
- USA orders: 5-7 business days
- International orders: 10-15 business days
Keep in mind, these are estimates—sometimes packages move faster or slower depending on customs, weather, or just the shipping gods’ mood that day.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your hat! If it’s not quite right for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of getting it for a full refund. No hard feelings.
Who pays for return shipping?
If we messed up (sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged), we’ll cover the return shipping—that’s on us. For other returns, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost. We definitely recommend using tracking so we can all see where the package is.
How long do refunds take?
Once we get your returned hat and check it out, we’ll process your refund back to whatever payment method you used. Your bank or credit card company usually takes 10-15 business days to actually put the money back in your account, but that’s on their end, not ours.
Cancellations
Will you charge me a fee for canceling?
Nope, no cancellation fees. But if we’ve already started making your hat or it’s already shipped, you might end up paying return shipping if you still want to cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?
We take Visa and MasterCard—pretty much covers most people.
Is my payment info safe?
Definitely. We use the same level of encryption that banks use, so your payment details are locked down tight. We take security seriously.
When do you charge my card?
Right when you place your order. No waiting, no surprises later—just one clean transaction.
